What You'll Do
Assists the Director of Security in planning and coordinating security video camera coverage for IMC/AmericasMart facilities. Is responsible for monitoring security cameras for IMC/AmericasMart facilities. Responsible for follow-up of security incidents and assisting with overall crime awareness and prevention by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following:
Maintains GEM car readiness and maintenance requirements.
Monitors security cameras for IMC/AmericasMart Atlanta facilities.
Patrols facilities and resolves matters of safety and security during core business hours.
Follows up with IMC/AmericasMart tenants regarding security incidents.
Acts as a liaison with security contractors.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
- At least three to five years prior related work experience in security patrol and labor supervision.
- Prefer undergraduate degree from a four-year College or university with
- Helpful, courteous attitude
- Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent sense of judgment
- Can stay alert at all times
