Your role: Talent Sourcer
• Hartman Income REIT is seeking a dynamic Talent Sourcer. The candidate will possess a large amount of GRIT (see definition below), will be hungry, humble, and smart.
• The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for strategically identifying top talent through various search methods including job boards and other creative avenues. Your goal is to build an ongoing candidate pipeline targeting the company's culture and knowledge of each individual requisition, to actively support the recruitment efforts of the Senior team members
