EHS Specialist (Finance)
Position Summary: Promote a safety culture throughout the Spec organization. Lead all aspects of company safety in the office, shop, and at client sites. Instill safety awareness in each team member through individual consultation and by conducting group safety meetings. Instruct team members on all applicable safety policies. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable Spec and customer safety requirements at all locations.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering or equal preferred. Minimum of 5 years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with OSHA and industry guidelines.
Certificates and Licenses: OSHA 1910 / OSHA 1926 30-hour certifications preferred.
Travel responsibilities: Periodic day trips to customer sites. Multiple day or weeklong trips on occasion.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None at this time.
