Cigna Pharmacy Operations and Strategy, Managing Director (Finance)
As Product Operations and Cigna Pharmacy Strategy leader, this role leads product operations across medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy solutions for Cigna Healthcare U.S. as well as leading Cigna Pharmacy strategy. This role will report to the General Manager of Cigna Pharmacy.
The product operations leadership scope encompasses medical, behavioral, and pharmacy and is responsible for delivering operational efficiencies, instituting best practices, running a seamless operating model across these functions as well as with business partners, including the Evernorth team.
This includes portfolio and program management and delivery, operating effectiveness, business excellence, training, readiness, analytics, communications, regulatory compliance, strategic operations, and governance.
This role requires navigating business relationships and influencing at the executive level, as well as deep leadership acumen and an ability to lead a broad and functionally diverse team. A large degree of organizational agility, change management, and strategic mindset are required.
In addition to the product operations scope for medical, behavioral and pharmacy this role leads teams responsible for the following within the Cigna Pharmacy team:
