Designer Drafter (Finance)
Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
Produce three-dimensional models, using computer-aided design (CAD) software (SolidWorks).
Lay out and draw schematic, and angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines.
Design scale or full-size blueprints of specialty products.
Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
Lay out, draw, and reproduce illustrations for reference manuals and technical publications to describe operation and maintenance of mechanical and structural systems.
Coordinates and supports projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and manages the integration of technical activities.
Confers with management and other departments to discuss relevant project specifications and procedures.
Assists in determining document control/revisions as necessary.
Seeks, develops and promotes a continuous improvement philosophy
Utilizes metrics to measure output and overall performance of subordinates
Identifies opportunities and looks for creative solutions to problems
Applies principles, techniques, procedures for part tolerancing and dimensioning
