Sales Contracts Manager (Legal)

Job Description:

Position Summary

The primary role of this position is to support the sales team in the preparation and coordination of proposals, agreement, contracts or other documents in response to prospects and current clients. This role will collaborate with cross-functional leadership across the organization to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Request For Proposal (RFP), Master Services Agreement (MSA), general contract and the estimate/proposal creation processes, including soliciting, editing and consolidating required information.
  • Provide information, training, and details regarding the services being scoped to client and internal teams.
  • Establish and maintain Sales, Marketing and Consulting internal Pub sites.
  • Provide logistical support to the Sales team as requested for any/all support items including coordinating client and internal meetings, sales meetings, boot camps and other similar items as they arise.
  • Additional tasks and projects, as necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.  

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Motivated self-starter with a high level of personal accountability and organizational skill.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Attention-to-detail and strong follow-up skills.

Candidates based in California, Colorado, New York or Washington:

The Compensation range for this role is 67,482.90 - 134,965.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
