What you'll do
Assist Superintendents with jobsite logistics, scheduling, labor tracking, and safety compliance.Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and action items.Support field employee onboarding, training, apprenticeship compliance, and career development tracking.Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on commitments from project, safety, and field staff meetings.Track timekeeping reports, address missed punches/absences, and train staff on procedures.Provide administrative and operational support, including answering calls, emails, and texts.Assist with labor productivity tracking, jobsite performance reviews, and safety audits.Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Foremen on receipts, performance reviews, and field support tasks.Participate in candidate interviews for field positions as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience in commercial roofing or construction strongly preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.Understanding of roofing systems and installation methods.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project management tools.Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects and priorities.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to travel between jobsites and attend field meetings as required.Valid drivers license and able to meet insurance standards.
