General Tech (Finish Float) (Construction)

All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.

General Tech - Finish Floater must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:

Learn and be able to float in all position in the Finisish Seating Department.
Position include but not limited to finish spraying, filling pot tanks, color pour downs, repair, inspect, etc.
Train employees and new hires as needed.
Good eye for detail is required.
Ability to work alone and with others.
Ability to multitask.
Make decisions.
Maintain safe work environment.
