Customer Research & Insights Analyst (Biotech)



Continental Properties is looking for a Customer Research & Insights Analyst to join our team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. Our team serves as the internal champion for promoting our culture of customer-centricity. 

As the Customer Research and Insights Analyst, you will lead consumer research initiatives that identify insights to guide and inspire strategies, decisions, and new ideas to achieve profitable growth. You will report to the Director of Customer Insights & Experience. 

We are embracing a hybrid working environment and you can work both in the office and from home but will need to be available to work out of the office 3 days per week. #LI-Hybrid

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage Continental's proprietary customer research panel and ensure panelists are engaged and the panel is a go-to source for ongoing data and insights
  • Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative customer research projects to guide and inspire customer strategies and decisions as it relates to marketing, product, and experience design 
  • Provide fact-based, customer-focused recommendations to guide positive outcomes for Continental's short-and long-term results. 
  • Be an internal champion for the customer, creating understanding and empathy for the customer by representing their voice as it relates to their experience with Continental brands, what they need, and how those needs can best be met.
  • Leverage syndicated and macro trend data (e.g., population, demographic, attitudinal, behavioral) to anticipate possible effects and opportunities 

 

Skills for Success:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in psychology, anthropology, human factors, sociology, behavioral economics, statistics, or business);    
  • Experience:  Two (2) to five (5) years of customer research or insights role(s). Minimum of 2 years of experience with qualitative research design and moderation of customer interviews or focus groups. Experience managing customer panels and understanding of quantitative survey design and data analysis.
