New Home Sales Consultant
The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in assigned communities. The sales consultant is expected to be proficient in coordinating all aspects of the home buying process and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Sales experience is preferred, but is not required to be in real estate
This position requires weekend and evening hours. The right candidate will have excellent earning potential. It is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual sales consultant.
