RECRUITER (Architecture)
We are hiring a Recruiter to join our team at Bristol. This team member will report to the Professional Support Services Program Manager. This role will be focused primarily on actively sourcing candidates for critical or difficult to fill positions with emphasis on A/E and Construction project needs.
Major Responsibilities
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods (outreach, social media and website outreach, etc.) to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Review written job descriptions and translate job requirements into effective resume searches using relevant keywords, filters, and Boolean operators.
Minimum Education/Experience
• High School Diploma
• Previous experience recruiting for Federal contracts and Construction industry positions is preferred
Required Knowledge or Skills
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and searching job boards (e.g., Indeed) to find resumes of potential qualified candidates open to work.
Proven track record of successful active recruiting.
