As a Relationship Manager at John Hancock Retirement, you have an opportunity to become part of a dynamic culture focused on developing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our institutional retirement customers- including Financial Advisors, Plan Sponsors, and Third-Party Administrators. Success in this high-profile role requires a unique combination of strategic relationship management and consultative selling skills. Your ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, while balancing customer objectives with John Hancock's business objectives is key. The relationship manager is an advocate for the customer, an industry expert and contributes in meaningful ways to the Strategic Relationship Management & Consulting team and broader John Hancock Retirement organization.
