Executive Event Producer (Technical Production) (Finance)
You will have hands-on experience in developing the virtual and/or hybrid High Profile event experience. You will be expected to maintain integrity and consistency in the event, know and understand event production, and speak through the eyes of the client. As the bearer and driver of all client and project information, your main responsibility will be to set up teams for success across all departments.
Coordinates with external and internal parties to ensure security, safety and reliability of connection methods adhere to FRB standards, clearly communicates production requirements representing the bank for the highest quality video production and organizing FRBKC resources accordingly.
Key Activities:
Manage stakeholders (coordinate - exec, admin, external reps, & relevant internal departments)
Plans exec Events by instructing and monitoring tasks delegated to other team members
Works in a cross functional team of AV Space integration, AV equipment service, Corporate AV event support.
Controls Event budget regarding AV needs and communicates cost impacts to other departments.
Supports internal and external events.
Selects and manages personnel and equipment allocation according to event needs.
Collaborates with Public Affairs on media communications, and digital media content creation, Executive Admins, AV, VC, and IT departments.
Provides feedback on equipment recommendations.
Can communicate technical language non-technical personnel.
Stays abreast of industry standards and best practices
Directs team growth & identifies skill sets needed to fulfill Event Services offerings
Provides short term and long-term strategy for FRBKC Event Services in live, virtual and hybrid events.
Would support executive events at other branch locations (OKC, DEN, OMA
Qualifications:
Typically requires at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Relevant information technology coursework from a technical/vocational school, an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Audio-visual video conferencing certification required, such as Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credential or equivalent.
Senior understanding of technical business processes and subject matter. Has depth and/or breadth of expertise in discipline.
Performs work independently with limited supervision and direction.
Serves as a resource for less experienced staff. May train staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understands Broadcast Video Production best practices - Audio, Video, Lighting, signal flow, production crew management.
Multiple Unified Communications platforms operational knowledge (Cisco UCM, Webex, MS Teams, Zoom).
Digital platform streaming knowledge.
5 or more years event production, broadcast or technical direction, customer service, audio-visual.
Has knowledge of networking (experience & relationships) and with supporting industries, suppliers, and standards groups.
General knowledge of integrated AV systems and enterprise support for communications platforms.
