Transition Teams Coordinator (Project Management)
The Transition Teams Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful transition of youth with disabilities by working with regional teams, distributing resources, and facilitating events that promote inclusive educational practices. The candidate will assist in improving the quality and monitoring of transitional activities and events throughout the state. The ideal candidate will need to be organized, skilled in communication, and passionate about improving outcomes for students with disabilities. The role involves working closely with the established Oklahoma Transition Teams and the Oklahoma Transition Council.

Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree, AND:
Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience instead of a bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience.
