Sr Director ISC Operations (Finance)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director of ISC Operations to oversee and enhance our integrated supply chain processes. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and experience in operational excellence.

You will report directly to our Sr Director ISC Operations and you will work out of our Virginia, Texas, New Jersey, or Washington locations on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end ISC strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global operations.
  • Develop and implement supply chain plans and processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all ISC functions, ensuring best practices are adopted.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Establish, maintain and drive performance metrics for supply chain operations and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
  • Interface with senior leadership to provide insights, updates, and recommendations on ISC performance and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards within supply chain operations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of experience leading production plants
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing operational excellence plans
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Cross-functional experience in engineering/technology, operations, sales/marketing
