The incumbent in this position serves as a liaison among cross-functional groups involved in developing, implementing and improving Human Resources.
The primary focus of this position is to evaluate, analyze, design, report, and maintain Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Location
Mount Hope, OH in our largest manufacturing facility with over 1 million square feet under roof running 3 plants
Role and Responsibilities include but not limited to
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT staff and external vendors on all projects and production support activities, including problem solving and troubleshooting system and data related issues.
Developing functional requirement specifications and test scripts and testing and implementing system changes and enhancements.
Ensures the effective reporting and analysis of HR data to support operational and strategic decisions.
Assist in identifying new HR needs for the improvement and growth of the HRIS infrastructure and HRIS systems.
Make alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary.
Provides technical administration support for the Kronos time and attendance application as well as responsible for regular time administration process for ongoing payroll.
