Position Supervises: No Direct Reports.

Performs various assignments to assist and support the Marketing Department in the overall daily operations of marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts. Assist with the creation and maintenance of our marketing assets while effectively communicating to our internal and external partners to achieve department goals.
• Provide assistance and support for special branch promotions.by assisting with the creative development and/or implementation of marketing campaigns, including – but not limited to – print ads, posters, in-branch signage, flyers and teller take-ones.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support design across all channels (print, social, broadcast, digital, ATM, etc.).
• Manage production and delivery of materials to vendors as assigned.
• Assist with the creation of templates for the marketing team and internal customers to be more efficient in meeting needs.
• Assist with designing branch merchandising that provides consistent delivery of marketing messages and brand.
• Help manage creative requests from other departments.
• Adhere to all corporate and department policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance of all marketing materials and messaging.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising or related field. Copy of transcripts may be required.
Graphic Design
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with team members and internal and external contacts. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Proficient in design and web software of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Dreamweaver.
Language Skills
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, incoming correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Requires strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute percent and to interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Must be able to apply common sense understanding to effectively carry out verbal and written assignments. Must possess good judgment and strong problem-solving ability.
This job operates in a professional office environment with the flexibility to periodically work remotely, as approved by supervisor. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
