Come Join Us!Job Summary: This position will work with III-V epitaxial growth suppliers, mostly external to the company, to ensure all needed technical measures and epitaxial process controls are in place. The individual MTS will work closely with R&D and Product engineers in outlining detailed specs for quality control of grown epitaxial, in addition to support in-depth troubleshooting with epitaxial growth suppliers for any epitaxial related quality events impacting device performance. The position will support works at different time zones accordingly with suppliers from U.S. and Asia, especially at U.S. evening time.
