Role:
As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering you'll join our Data & Digital team helping us lead, design and build our digital transformation and define what's next for our business—while working in an organization that's continuously investing in technology.
The Senior Manager, Software Engineering will lead a team to build software products at scale. You are a collaborative leader with experience mentoring and coaching agile development teams. You'll manage the daily operations of a software team and execute strategy at the department level, contributing to the operating plan and guiding development decisions to align with enterprise strategies for delivering business capabilities. You thrive in a space where you are advocating, challenging, and influencing both teams and stakeholders to innovate and automate.

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter. Travel up to 20% may be required.

For NYC, Colorado, California and Washington state residents: The hiring range offered for this position is $142,400 - $204,700 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 30% of annual salary and restricted stock. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
