Sales Support Representative (Sales)



DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an Administrative Sales Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX! You will assist with various departmental functions, including order entry, sales contract review/processing, and communication between sales professionals and customers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal and external communication with different sales professionals and customers
  • Order Entry - Contracts and Change-Orders
  • Assist with Sales Reports and Final Billing
  • Handle inquiries between purchasing, scheduling, and sales
  • Manage additional administrative functions for satellite offices in the surrounding areas as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2+) years of customer service and administrative experience preferred
  • Administrative experience in the construction industry a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficient - Experience with Excel preferred
  • Detail-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
