Job Description Summary

The Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and management of Workplace Solutions clients. The products include HSA, FSA, HRA, LSA, and Commuter Benefits. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, providing exceptional customer service, and optimizing account performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with spending accounts, financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent written and communication skills. It's expected that the role will wear multiple hats and assist as needed with other aspects of the team.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the account manager on questions about the day-to-day functions of existing clients
  • Conduct client meetings as needed to service client needs
  • Maintain strict protocols for following up with clients and proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify potential servicing issues and work with their account manager on strategy and resolution
  • Conduct strategy and QBR client meetings
  • Provide or coordinate product training as required to clients to ensure effective utilization of services
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal Wintrust team members
  • Follows through with meeting identified needs and/or escalates to management level
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and workflows.
  • Works with product team to Implement enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Identify growth/cross-sell opportunities within Wintrust
  • Collaborate with other Workplace Solution teammates and assist where needed; e.g. testing, documentation, RFPs, enrollment meetings, sales support, etc…

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

  • 5+ years experience with spending accounts - HSA, FSA, HRA
  • Ability to travel when needed

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $87,000 - 110,000, along with eligibility to earn production bonuses. Actual  salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience
