Develop lifelong safety and leadership skills
Duties include:

Maintains safety and security of the pool and its patrons at all timesRules are explained and enforced in a courteous, professional, and firm manner.Knows/reviews all emergency procedures and responds to emergency situations immediately.Maintain effective, positive relationships with members, participants and other staff.Performs chemical testing , as required.Participates in emergency drills and in service to the level in which staff have been trained.
