Lead Procurement Buyer (Finance)

- 6+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of buying strategies, supplier relations, and cost control.
- Proficient in procurement software and tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

- Drive the purchasing process, from identifying procurement needs to supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management, ensuring purchases are made efficiently and in accordance with guidelines
- Participate in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms
- Monitor and control purchasing costs, seek costsaving opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and optimize resource allocation
- Foster relationships with suppliers, address concerns, resolve issues, and collaborate on improvements
- Ensure purchasing activities adhere to regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies
- Contribute to quality control standards, conduct inspections, and performance assessments
- Support procurement budget management, allocate resources efficiently, and seek costeffective solutions
- Implement sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation
- Leverage technology solutions to enhance purchasing processes, monitoring, and reporting

The annual base salary range for this position is $100K - $125K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
