Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to work onsite at our largest partner locations in the Austin, Texas area. This role is responsible for generating and progressing pipeline by building strong relationships with partner leadership and front-line sales teams. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, self-driven sales enabler who thrives in a partner-facing environment and is passionate about financial solutions and joint go-to-market success.

Serves as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develops a mutually beneficial relationship aligned with HPE business priorities. Drives end-to-end revenue, HPE profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts. Articulates both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively "sell with," "sell to," and "sell through" the Partner, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.Applies intermediate-level subject matter knowledge to solve moderately complex business challenges. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures and contributes analysis and input to team projects.

Location Requirement:
Candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Austin, TX and be available to work onsite at partner facilities 3+ times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an embedded representative within partner locations, cultivating strong working relationships with sales managers, reps, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive pipeline growth by identifying customer opportunities and promoting HPE Financial Services offerings as part of broader technology sales.
  • Engage directly with partner sales teams to educate, influence, and assist in positioning HPEFS solutions to end customers.
  • Lead and participate in sales huddles, training sessions, and joint customer calls to promote solution awareness and pipeline acceleration.
  • Collaborate with HPE and partner account teams to develop and execute joint business plans, aligning financial solutions to partner sales motions.
  • Monitor and track partner pipeline activity, identifying gaps and executing action plans to drive increased close rates.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HPEFS within the partner environment, facilitating access to HPE subject matter experts and tools as needed.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline visibility through CRM systems and regular business reviews.
  • Ensure partner sales activities are compliant with HPE policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, partner account management, or channel development, preferably in the IT or financial services sector.
  • Proven success in developing relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidate must have experience with Salesforce and Excel. Candidate will be expected to be able to work within Pivot tables in Excel.
  • Sales experience within financial services, preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills are required in order to be successful in this role.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, including partner business models and sales structures.
  • Familiarity with financial services or technology leasing a strong plus.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and align financial solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong executive presence.
  • Experience in territory or pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a partner environment while collaborating across multiple HPE teams.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $106,000.00 - $249,000.00
