About the job
Make an impact as a Content Marketing Instructional Design Intern at our Richmond, VA location. This opportunity will be hybrid after initial onboarding and can be anywhere from 30-40 hours per week, depending on your availability and preference.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the Marketing team and Customer Academy manager to develop content designed to educate customers on the capabilities and usage of Alfa Laval products and solutions to maximize impact. Additionally, you will support the design, development, delivery, and deployment of relevant customer-centric, high-quality content assets. The learning assets will be developed for delivery through modular video, eLearning, Instructor-Led (ILT), Virtually Led (VLT), and hybrid modes.

You have a BA or BA in progress within Education, Instructional Design, Content Marketing, Digital Content or related field, and experience in:
