Skillbridge Industrial Channel Sales Development Program (Finance)



Schneider Electric has an opportunity to join our Skillbridge Industrial Channel
Sales Development Program held virtually with positions available across the
United States. We are looking for Skillbridge Eligible Veterans interested in a
career in Sales with electrical or engineering backgrounds. This is an unpaid internship. The duration of this program is 12 weeks with programs starting in September/January/May.

As a candidate in the Skillbridge Industrial Channel Sales Development
Program, Schneider Electric will train you in electrical distribution, Schneider
Power and Industrial Automation Products, and Sales Techniques. You will then
interview with our distribution partners to begin an exciting career in Industrial
Automation Sales. The program is run remotely- but channel employment
opportunities will be in person roles.
Channel Sales Development Brainstorming:
Take the Lead with These Responsibilities:
• Learn and master the Schneider Electric portfolio of industrial automation and
power products.
• Conduct in-depth research and study to understand market trends and customer
needs.
• Develop and practice effective selling techniques and skills.
• Shadow channel partners to gain hands-on experience and insights.
• Engage in online learning modules to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Create and present projects based on industrial automation concepts and
applications.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
• Electrical or engineering background/experience.
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to explore new concepts.
• Aptitude to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
General
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with channel partners and team members.
