Corporate Strategy Manager (Architecture)

We are looking for a talented Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana / your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead a variety of the most complex business strategy projects that produce recommendations for addressing strategic opportunities for the business.
• Participate in multiple business strategy projects with direct leadership of significant work streams; projects may be within a business unit, across multiple business units, or involve the creation of a new business venture, such as a joint venture, equity alliance, acquisition, etc.
• Design and develop strategy through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Apply strategic frameworks to analyze opportunities and develop solutions; synthesize environmental data, stakeholder analysis, and market force data as a part of the financial and business analysis necessary to develop insights and solutions to support strategic business decisions.
• Work closely with the Leadership and their staffs as well as key internal and external constituencies.
• Actively participate in campus recruiting activities; conduct interviews on campus; interview professional hires.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience communicating complex strategy topics clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences through both written and oral communication.
• Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring others; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues
