Marketing Associate (Marketing)

Position Purpose:

The Marketing Associate is the glue keeping the Marketing Department running smoothly.  While this team member is responsible for overseeing all billing, Pos and reconciliation for the department, he/she will also oversee event set up, help with branch marketing needs, assist with salesforce marketing cloud and other general support for the Association Marketing Department.

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Maintain organization of the department overall, including all branch material distribution
  • Assist in planning and execution of Association-wide special events and program promotions including but not limited to: Healthy Kids Day, Gobble Wobble, Y Honors
  • Assist with marketing deliverables for major sponsor partnerships and ensure branch compliance
  • Provide administrative support for the Chief Marketing Officer
  • Assist in execution of communication through Marketing Cloud
  • Maintain all P&L for the Marketing Department
  • Mange all photo shoot set up and execution, organize and manage smug mug photo account
  • Oversee all ordering of collateral giveaways & department supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned.  

Role Specific Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication  or 1-3 years of professional experience in related field
  • Strong organizational & leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of salesforce preferred
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging tools in the marketing industry
  • This position will be a combination of remote, in person and some travel to branches
