Parts Room Clerk (Sales)
Support the Maintenance and Operations teams in looking up and ordering parts
Receives orders, tools, parts, and checks them into the system via procurement process
Stocks parts in proper locations
Performs cycle counts, daily inventories and helps maintain parts location integrity
Keeps up 5S program as documented for the parts room
Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50lbs throughout the day
1-3 years of experience working at parts counter, storeroom, tool crib, or parts room
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Basic understanding of computers
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
Demonstrate commitment to ACR's core values.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous purchasing and inventory experience a plus.
Familiarity with mechanical parts and materials a plus.
Maintenance related experience a plus.
Warehouse and/or stockroom experience a plus.
CMMS- Computerized Maintenance Management System experience a plus
