Leadership Development Senior Consultant (Finance)
The Leadership Development Sr. Consultant works with the Director, Learning & Organizational Development for identifying, developing and implementing strategic organizational effectiveness and talent management initiatives. The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to on-boarding; curating competency framework, execution of leadership programs, assessments and services, as well as develops leadership bench strength and capacity in preparation for future challenges and succession. The incumbent serves as an internal consultant interfacing with all levels of leadership, and HR to design and deliver impactful, practical talent management and organizational effectiveness solutions to improve Capital Blue Cross' business.
Management & Leadership Development: Supports design, external partner management and facilitation of management and leadership development programs at all levels of leadership from Executive to Front-Line Leadership. Provides individualized coaching, including assessment, feedback, identification of development needs, support in the creation of a development plan and progress tracking.
Organizational Development: Develops strategic partnerships with the Leadership & HR Business Partners by consulting with the business to identify talent gaps. Develops programs to increase individual and organizational capabilities. Integrates competency model to ensure talent development efforts are aligned with business needs.
Talent Management: Designs, administers and provides corporate oversight of the execution of key talent management processes including: employee on-boarding, performance management, development planning, talent assessment and review.
Project Management: Utilizing multiple research and data collection methods along with alternate learning methods to present leaders with recommended solutions that fit the culture, strategic direction and resources of the organization. Operationalizes best-in-class practices to drive standardization, efficiencies, and reduction in costs
Succession Planning: Support continuous employee performance improvement through better feedback & engagement processes in alignment with the PM cycle.
System/Program Administration: Administers internal and external development programs and Performance Management Process (eLearning, PMOL, Survey Monkey, Tuition Assistance, assessments, etc.)
Measurement: Works with HR and the business to deliver reliable talent data to the organization to assess talent strength and talent development progress.
Culture and Change Management: Identify potential gaps in change management strategy to ensure comprehensive, effective training content. Ensure integration of DEI learning solutions in collaboration of Director, DEI.

Experience
5 to 7 years' progressive responsibility in Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness.
Education, Certification, and Licenses
Bachelor's degree in OD, I/O Psychology, HR or related field required
Master's degree in OD, I/O, Business or related field preferred
Prosci or other Change Management certification, PMI is a plus
Preferred certifications- Lencioni Team Development, Korn Ferry Leadership suite, DiSC
