Overview:
The Director, Compliance Advisory is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts and strategic relationships for Legal Solutions. The Director is tasked with growing Compliance services as well as building a team of service delivery professionals. Identifying and developing a team of high achieving professionals will be integral to success in this role.
The Director is responsible for the development and growth of client relationships through effective account management, project management, coordination, execution, quality and acting as the direct escalation point of contact. Client relationships and business drivers will be at the forefront of all planning and execution within the team. In addition, the Director is responsible for mentoring, developing and providing training opportunities for the team as well as succession planning of future leaders.
The Director will represent the mission, vision and values of Epiq and will exhibit exemplary professional behavior with distinction across all spheres of the Epiq business. They will support the Vice President, Global Investigations Practice in providing the appropriate level of consultation and expertise sought by Sales, Operations, Finance, and other functional groups. The Director role demonstrates a blend of technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as empathy and compassion, creating a positive culture and work environment for their team.
The position will require hands-on project support and ongoing escalation routing and client management as we grow the team. It will require strategic planning for the business, partner management, and product management to drive long term success.

Required Qualifications
We are seeking a superior candidate for this role.
A Bachelor's (BA) degree. A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degrees a plus;
Position requires: A minimum of ten (10) years industry experience, five (5)+ years specific to Government Investigations or Compliance.

The Compensation range for this role is 121,567.50 - 243,135.60 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
