Our NASM team is growing and adding an Inside Sales Specialist (Program Advisor) in our Gilbert, AZ office. For over 40 Years, we have had the honor of educating fitness professionals who have helped change millions of lives.
The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) provide science-based certifications and continuing education options for fitness and allied health professionals. We're dedicated to helping fitness enthusiasts become fitness professionals and fitness and allied health professionals realize their dreams.
The Inside Sales Specialist (Program Advisor) will be responsible for achieving individual and team NASM & AFAA revenue goals in the commercial sales channel (retail, health clubs, and web sales). The program advisor role is involved with sales activity as it relates to lead management and follow-up. This role requires effective communication skills, including answering inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls. This role will manage accurate client information through attention to defined processes/procedures within the CRM system. Provide and suggest solutions externally to NASM customers and business partners and new product ideas, revenue growth opportunities, and ways to improve sales operations. Adhere to customer service standards and be a productive contributor to the team's results and help foster an atmosphere of teamwork.
This is a hybrid role reporting to the Gilbert, AZ office; however remote professionals will be considered.

Ascend Learning's current policy also requires that individuals visiting our offices be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
