Mental Health Therapist (Healthcare)
Complete a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients
Provide high quality ongoing therapy with patients
Maintain complete and organized outpatient electronic health records
Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews
Requirements
Licensed as a Mental Health Professional as per Wisconsin regulations as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
If not fully licensed, must have appropriate training license: APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT
If unlicensed, must have completed a minimum of a master's degree program in behavioral health, as well as have a minimum of 10 months of clinical work experience post master's degree and are in the process of pursuing LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LP licensure in Wisconsin.
Ideal candidates will have an interest in working with a wide range of ages although you may choose what ages and specialties you're comfortable working with.
To meet the mental health needs of our patients, clinicians typically offer periodic evening availability.
