Lead Field Service Technician - Gas Meter (Finance)
As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Nashville, TN location.
In this role, you will impact the overall performance and reliability of gas meter services, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will lead our Field Service team, optimize operations, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of gas meter technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
