Inside Sales (Finance)
Respond to all incoming emails and other correspondences in a timely manner, SLA for Salesforce cases (2 working days)
Prepare and maintain monthly metrics internal Agri-Fab, and customer reports, letters, expense reports, email correspondence etc. as requested by Director of Sales and / or Sales Managers.
Work with Shipping Coordinators to maintain delivery metrics required by customers and Agri-Fab
GTIN item setup / Agri-Fab Item data setup's
Commerce Hub Administrator
Order portal screen setup
Customer Item / Sku setup
ECOM Content Set-up with External Customers and Consumers
Works with Regional Sales Managers and Manufacturers Representatives on Salesforce Case requests
Maintain Sales Team, External Show Calendars
Assists with setting up Sales Meetings, Travel Arrangements
Order Rule / Profile setups on the Order portal updated for current customers, branches, new customers and new branches
Contact customers for order corrections as needed (Pricing, Terms)
