Civil Engineer / Area Manager (Architecture)



T-O Engineers, an Ardurra Company is seeking a Civil Engineer to grow and support our Wenatchee, WA office as an Area Manager.

This role will oversee all the personnel, budgeting, and project success for all service groups within Wenatchee, WA office!

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registered PE in the state of Washington
  • 5+ years' experience in the civil engineering field
  • Design and construction experience in municipal, transportation, aviation, and/or land development
  • Advanced organizational leadership skills and experience
  • Budget focused mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and engineers

Key Responsibilities 

  • Evaluate, make recommendations for, and manage staffing and budget resources for regional offices
  • Provide general oversight and leadership of planning, project management, project implementation, and ensuring quality of work projects
  • Execute program initiatives to align with the company's core values and culture
  • Execute five- and ten-year plans for corporate growth and evolution

Physical Requirements 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicle
