This role is a data-driven communications function that is essential in driving and leading our content creation and social engagement strategy across our organization. This person is responsible for creating a content strategy that supports the organization's goals and executing that strategy by developing, editing and sharing content. Goals for this role include improving traffic to the SourceAmerica website through social engagement and raising awareness of SourceAmerica's mission, focus and brand.
As a strong individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications Strategy, this person is responsible for creating a content strategy for three distinct audiences: nonprofit partners, corporations seeking to partner with SourceAmerica, and the public sector. This may come in the form of content development about SourceAmerica articles, informative white papers, compelling case studies, inspirational videos, or share-worthy infographics. Working closely with key stakeholders across the organization, and in particular with Marketing, Government Affairs and project managers, this role requires a high level of creativity, strong writing skills, attention to detail, and project management.
