Supervisor, Large Load Integration leads team responsible for coordinating the integration of large loads into the ERCOT System. Develops and maintains departmental and cross-functional processes, standards, and rules needed to accomplish the team's mission. Provides guidance and support for development of appropriate system modeling, tools, databases, and information displays needed to evaluate reliability studies, large load operational and market data, and ongoing trends. Mentors and develops individual contributors and ensures team's responsibilities are fulfilled. Coordinates with other ERCOT departments to ensure large load reliability issues are addressed. Provides information and expertise to upper management and represents ERCOT in stakeholder groups and other external meetings.

Expected Salary Range:
