Deli Kitchen Prep Cook (Finance)
This is a full-time, hourly position, 35-40 hours per week.
Shifts are typically scheduled between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Flexible schedule required, weekends a must.

Performance Expectations- Essential Functions:
Understands and avoids food temperature "danger zone"
Knows what to do during a Health Inspection
Performs work station sanitation properly
Recognizes ingredients for all recipes
Follows recipes and meets time and quality standards for finished products
Has basic kitchen and knife skills
Uses par sheets correctly
Re-stocks key products before we run out
Knows and follows proper rotation, dating and food storage procedures
Follows proper food loss/samples procedures
Demonstrates knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Writes and organizes task list correctly
Completes assigned tasks on time, or tells production manager/supervisor before deadline that you need help
Has knowledge of food costs, and uses food products & disposables responsibly, upholding our commitment to only send out high quality products while keeping waste to a minimum
The Success Patterns for this position are:
Exhibits strong communication skills
Works effectively as part of a team
Has 2 years cooking experience (or equivalent combination of culinary education and experience)
Has superior kitchen and knife skills
Can work weekdays, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable bending, lifting, and being on your feet for an 8 hour kitchen shift
