Senior Product Manager - Pricing (Remote) (Biotech)

Shipt is growing and we are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our Pricing team. We are a multi-sided marketplace of Shoppers, Consumers, Retail partners, with our Business being the linchpin. Our trustworthy Shoppers care as much as our consumers do about the items they purchase, and make Shipt stand out amongst competitors. Shipt strives to ensure that our shoppers find meaningful work and a sense of community, along with the flexibility they are offered as gig-economy workers.
This role lies at the intersection of technology, analytics and business operations to enable a strong partnership between our marketplace verticals. We are looking for someone with a drive and passion for solving cutting edge problems (like forecasting, scheduling, supply/demand shaping, optimization, etc.) in a realtime on-demand marketplace, who is strategic in making product choices, is obsessively data-driven, and has a bias for action.
This is a very high visibility opportunity to work with an amazing cross-disciplinary team of smart, driven and humble people consisting of engineers, operations, data scientists, analysts, and designers. You will be responsible for building a foundational system with a focus on long term flexibility & scalability, ship real-world products to impact millions of lives, and meaningfully move the needle for Shipt's bottom line.
Partner with teams to find solutions for the most pressing needs of our business, Shoppers and Consumers.
Define long-term vision and strategy, by drawing insights from our audiences and data, and work with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations to distill them into an executable roadmap of individual features.
Define success metrics of your projects, own the outcomes, and drive execution with a disciplined approach.
4-7 years as a Product manager, with shipped features that have impacted millions of users.
Experience in creating a vision and strategy with engineering, design, and operations partners, getting buy-in throughout the organization up to executive level, and inspiring a team to execute on it.
Demonstrated experience as a self-learner who can pick up new skills within hours or a few days.
Demonstrated project and people management skills to motivate and lead a skilled group of peers.
Obsession with drawing insights using data, experience defining business and product features and success metrics, and using metrics to drive decisions.
Exceptional skills for communication, influencing others, data-driven thinking, and collaboration, and striving to raise the bar for product management across the company.
A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness and grit to work in a hyper-growth environment.
Product experience in a multi-sided gig-based marketplace, ideally on the supply-side is preferred.
Background in building Machine Learning systems is preferred
