We are looking for a full-time technical recruiter for our Human Resources team at our world headquarters in the Olathe, Kansas. In this role, you'll be responsible serving as primary recruiter to manager and director level for assigned business segments as well as working closely with stakeholders to proactively understand needs for assigned positions including developing knowledge of new technologies and products that could influence future recruitment needs. Other essential functions include:
Qualified candidates possess Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another relevant discipline AND a minimum of 3 years work experience performing a substantially similar role OR a Master's degree in HR, Business or relevant discipline AND a minimum of 1-year experience performing a substantially similar role OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Candidates must also possess excellent academics consisting of a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher. Other requirements include:
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical of Computer Engineering or a related field and database skills are highly preferred!
