Subservicing Oversight Specialist (Project Management)

What You'll Do

  • Review of Subservicer's for all servicing areas including Customer Service, Escrow, Investor Accounting, Continuity of Contact – Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Claims.

  • Provide Daily Support and Oversight for all matters related to Subservicer. Daily review of reporting, systems, and documentation to ensure Subservicer compliance with applicable requirements.

  • Monitors goals are met through performance, risk and relationship oversight of our sub servicer to ensures compliance with investor, insurer, guarantor and agency guidelines.

  • Manage governance processes of the third party sub servicer to minimize losses from failed vendor processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks. 

  • Evaluate and monitor processes.  Streamline or automate processes as opportunities are identified. Assist with training and developing staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of mortgage servicing industry and investor guidelines; 3-5 years.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.

  • Able to work in team environment with strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems, servicing technology and practices.

  • FIS IBS experience is a plus.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $42,000-$55,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
