Child Development Data Analysis Coordinator (Finance)
Provide data information planning by keeping abreast of changing technologies and trends as they are relevant to data collection and analysis.
Work closely with NMCAA Child Development key staff as appropriate, in practically and efficiently sharing data analysis with staff, funders, and other key stakeholders.
Utilize various Child Development software programs to analyze and report program data.
Create and update data collection tools.
Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques based on scientific method.
Coordinate research and analytic activities utilizing various data points.
Perform regular audits of and monitor data collection to maintain integrity and quality.
Recommend data analysis strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating child development outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Assist as needed with administration and key staff in developing and keeping relevant department programmatic activities, goals, and objectives related to data technologies in harmony with overall Agency mission, expectations, and philosophy.
Research and design troubleshooting documents for staff technology issues.
Assist in the oversight, maintenance, and modification as appropriate of the NMCAA Website.
Collaborate with staff regarding the program Annual Report, Self-Assessment and Community Assessments.
Maintain and update Child Development Weebly sites as requested.
Maintain necessary information systems and provide technical support and trainings for staff.
Promote the effective and efficient use of Agency equipment and materials.
As they relate to the data/technology aspect of such activities, assist in ongoing planning and assessment, in program recommendations, in development and implementation of programming goals, and in program evaluation using established Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) and Strategic Planning methods / activities.
Maintain Organizational Standards documentation and update, as necessary.
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
