Qualified candidates must have greater than 2 years of manufacturing experience and must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift, determined on a seniority basis. Pay starts at $21.48/hr with the ability to make up to $25.27 after 6 months, and includes an additional $1.50/hr for those working shifts other than days.

First, it is a great opportunity for those with previous experience in inspection or manufacturing. Basic math and computer knowledge are a requirement. Communication is key. Above all, a sense of detail and accuracy is needed, because only the highest quality material can be shipped to our customers. If you detect any problems with the material, you will report them and help in determining the cause to eliminate future defects.
Second, this position would be responsible for things like using tools like calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators to test all incoming raw material, material in process, and finished material.
