Outreach and Sales Assistant (Project Management)

Mira at Maumelle is seeking an Outreach and Sales Coordinator to help grow our vibrant independent living, assisted living, and memory care community. What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Drive Outreach & Community Engagement:
· Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, churches, senior centers, and other local referral sources.
· Represent the community at health fairs, expos, and networking events.
· Plan and attend community events and open houses to generate awareness and organic leads.
· Track outreach activity and referral pipelines using CRM software.
Support Sales Operations:
· Serve as a warm, knowledgeable point of contact for prospective residents and families.
· Assist with tour scheduling, follow-ups, and lead documentation.
· Support move-in processes and paperwork, helping ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
· Maintain accurate sales records and collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Be a Community Culture Ambassador:
· Represent our mission, values, and resident-centered lifestyle to the public.
· Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, families, and community partners.
· Stay engaged with staff meetings and community initiatives to keep aligned with team goals.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Passion for People)
Education & Experience:
· Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Gerontology, or related field preferred--or equivalent experience.
· 1-3 years in sales, marketing, community outreach, or senior living preferred.
· Knowledge of independent living, assisted living, and memory care services is a big plus.
Skills & Strengths:
· A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Welcome Home CRM software a plus.
· Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

· Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and outreach efforts.
