Position Summary:
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants for the Facility Maintenance (FM) Project Manager position. This position is primarily responsible for
coordinating projects with external vendors, identifying maintenance needs, implementing preventative strategies, and routine maintenance.
This position assists in the operation and maintenance of BCIs facilities. We are recruiting a FM Project Manager to complete a variety of
maintenance responsibilities. The FM Project Manager will report directly to the Human Resources & Quality Program Director (HRQPD).
The applicant selected for this position must be comfortable working independently.
Applicants must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public, professional, and para-professional team. Must collaborate and communicate with BCI
departments and external stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task and always remain professional to clients, staff, and vendors.
