Responsibilities:

• Answer, field, transfer incoming calls
• Greet visitors; assist them as needed
• Sort and distribute mail
• Check and tidy conference rooms as needed
• Tidy up kitchen and keep it stocked with supplies
• Order office supplies
• Enter visitors in building's visitors' system
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk, front office or administrative assistant experience helpful, but not required
• Keep calm under stress; when multiple phone calls / visitors come
• Willingness to learn new skills and assist others
• Demonstrate sound work ethics
• Demonstrate customer service orientation
• The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed

Pay Range: $16 - $18 / hour, based on experience 

You are required to complete any necessary health requirements which may change from time-to-time, such as vaccination.
