What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to lead our interdisciplinary therapy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and driving clinical excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the operations of the rehabilitation department (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA).
  • Providing leadership and support to therapy staff, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Managing therapy schedules, caseloads, and staffing to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
  • Acting as a mentor and resource for staff to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of California.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Dedication to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
