Customer Communications Consultant (Marketing)
Job Summary
The Customer Communications Consultant, under moderate supervision, works collaboratively with business partners across all levels of the organization to execute and manage customer communications regarding transaction, operational and other relevant information. Through a consistent voice and effective communications, the incumbent will support the company in managing a positive customer experience in line with the company's brand and customer promise that meets legal and compliance requirements.

Compliance Statement
Fully complies with all applicable enterprise policies and procedures. Acts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in training materials, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act. Responsible for reporting suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence. Responsible to report all customer complaints as prescribed and procedure violations to management or HR. Responsible to report ethical concerns as needed to Associated's anonymous Ethics Hotline.
