Corporate Communication Manager - Full Time - Hybrid (Marketing)
Responsibilities:
In conjunction with the overall marketing plan, position Experity as an urgent care industry leader and trusted business partner
Create and execute a holistic social media strategy that will elevate the Experity brand and support business objectives with key audiences
In conjunction with our third-party PR agency and key internal stakeholders, design and deploy an effective earned media strategy that complements our social media strategy/plan. Coordinate press release development, media pitching, media prep for spokespersons, bylines/op-eds, and speaker submissions
Manage client-facing email communications that support overall marketing strategies.
Support broader marketing campaigns and programs via driving a variety of additional communication channels and tactics
Initiate and test new ideas for communication campaigns, message drafting, and content engagement
Advise marketers on email strategies and tactics to support the intended outcomes
In partnership with People Operations (POps), and as required, support internal communication initiatives that promote our corporate narrative and culture
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, technology systems/applications, social media, and email marketing tools
Proficiency in AP Style
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A strategic thinker that can also “roll up the sleeves” and get things done with limited direction
Must be able to multitask, listen actively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmen
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, public relations, or other relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably leading communications for organizations across multiple locales
Healthcare and/or software industry experience is an asset
Proven experience creating targeted communications content for B2B audiences
Experience working with senior leaders and the confidence to challenge and guide the messaging and message delivery
